Carrot & Pineapple Slaw

- 4 cups shredded carrots
- ¼ cup dried cranberries
- 1 apple shredded
- ½ cup pineapple diced
- 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- ¼ to ½ cup mayonnaise
DIRECTIONS
- Add the first four ingredients to a large bowl.
- Combine the lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, and mayonnaise in a small bowl and whisk until well-blended.
- Pour the mayonnaise mixture into the salad bowl and toss until well-blended.
- Refrigerate before serving.
