The Easiest Way to Support BreatheStrong CF!

Did you know you can support BreatheStrong CF just by doing your regular grocery shopping at Kroger – all while saving on groceries and fuel?

Through the Kroger Community Rewards program, Kroger donates a portion of your eligible purchases directly to BreatheStrong CF every quarter. All you have to do is link your Kroger Plus Card to our organization, and you’re set. You’ll keep earning your usual fuel points and savings, too. This is simply an added way to give back.

If you already shop at Kroger, this is one of the easiest ways to support us. And if you know other friends or family who shop there too, please forward this along. Every household that signs up adds up.

Create a Kroger Account (if you don’t already have one)

To set up the Kroger app, download it from the App Store or Google Play. Open the app, create a digital account, and link your existing Shopper’s Card or create a virtual one to instantly access digital coupons and weekly ads.

Connect your Shopper’s Card to BreatheStrong CF

Community Rewards from the Kroger App:

  1. From your profile (top left corner), select Payments & Resources and then Community Rewards.
  2. Search for “BreatheStrong CF” or our NPO# PF070.
  3. Select BreatheStrong CF from the search list and click “Save”.

Note: you can only support one organization.

Community Rewards from a browser:

  1. Go to https://www.kroger.com/i/community/community-rewards.
  2. Sign in to your digital account.
  3. Search for “BreatheStrong CF” or our NPO# PF070.
  4. Select BreatheStrong CF from the search list and click “Save”.
