Part-Time Bookkeeper

Location: Remote (U.S.-based required)
Hours: 10–15 hours per week/contract position
Compensation: Based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record and categorize financial transactions using QuickBooks
  • Reconcile bank and credit card accounts monthly
  • Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and summaries
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records
  • Coordinate with our Executive Director and BOD Treasurer for quarterly and year-end reporting

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of bookkeeping experience (nonprofit experience highly preferred)
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks
  • Familiarity with nonprofit accounting, donor tracking, and restricted funds
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Dependable, high-speed internet access.
