Part-Time Bookkeeper
Location: Remote (U.S.-based required)
Hours: 10–15 hours per week/contract position
Compensation: Based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Record and categorize financial transactions using QuickBooks
- Reconcile bank and credit card accounts monthly
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and summaries
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records
- Coordinate with our Executive Director and BOD Treasurer for quarterly and year-end reporting
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of bookkeeping experience (nonprofit experience highly preferred)
- Proficiency in QuickBooks
- Familiarity with nonprofit accounting, donor tracking, and restricted funds
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Dependable, high-speed internet access.
